Kourtney Kardashian just recently wore the shorter version to the Victoria's Secret event. I also loved this dress on Kourtney because it looked funky and youthful.
This was a difficult decision but I truly adore the shorter version on Kourtney and her red quilted Chanel clutch is to die for so Kourtney wins!
