It is confirmed by the Chicago Sun-Times that Usher and cougar Tameka Foster marriage is over and she is expected their second child in December. At least she doesn't have to worry about finance with a hefty child support payments coming in. I guess his mother knows best since his album did poorly and his marriage was a joke, poor Usher had to crawl back to his mommy. Maybe he and baby hair Chilli can get back together?
